About Koelio
Koelio is an online store selling home and kitchen products to customers in South Africa. All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include any applicable VAT.
Orders and pricing
Placing an order is an offer to buy at the listed price. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example if a product is out of stock, priced incorrectly due to a technical error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you'll receive a full refund.
Prices and product availability may change at any time without notice, but the price you paid at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by iKhokha. We never see or store your card details. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
Delivery
We deliver anywhere in South Africa via courier. Orders are typically processed within 0–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch, on business days only (no weekends or public holidays). Delivery is free on every order. We can't deliver to PO boxes.
Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees — unexpected delays from couriers, weather or other factors outside our control can occur, and we'll let you know if that happens.
Returns and refunds
See our Returns Policy for the full detail. In short: faulty or damaged items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you; change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 days subject to a handling fee and return shipping cost.
Product information
We do our best to describe products accurately, including images, specifications and pricing. Occasionally an error may occur — if we discover a mistake, we'll contact you before proceeding with your order.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Koelio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or the products you purchase. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under South African consumer protection law, including the Consumer Protection Act.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, design, logo and layout — belongs to Koelio unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
